RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return period
We offer a return policy of 15 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in suitable condition, with all accessories included and, where possible, in its original packaging. The item must not show any damage resulting from use beyond what is necessary to inspect its features and functionality.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable costs of replacement or return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Custom or personalised products made to the customer’s specifications.
• Perishable goods.
• Hygiene, personal care or similar items that have been opened or unsealed where health or hygiene reasons apply.
• Gift cards.
• Products restricted from return under applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must request a return of the original product and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 10 working days from approval.
