SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders placed with Harry Poster are processed within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 3 working days from payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, prepared or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, promotional campaigns or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation when available.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide.

The estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 working days once the order has been dispatched.

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time from placing the order to delivery is typically 7 to 12 working days, including processing and transit time.

All delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.

International Shipping

Harry Poster offers international shipping to a wide range of countries.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

Harry Poster shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we may require payment of additional shipping costs before reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If you believe your order is significantly delayed or may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Each case will be assessed individually, and a reasonable solution will be offered based on the specific circumstances of the shipment.

Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.

These costs, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Harry Poster has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Marked as Delivered

Once the shipping carrier marks an order as delivered to the address provided by the customer, Harry Poster shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or unauthorised access occurring after delivery.

In the event of an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier and local authorities.
