Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the item to return it without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at micaedsa@gmail.com.
Conditions the product must meet

The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

It must not have been used (you may open the packaging to inspect the product).

It must retain its original tags.

It must be sent back in its original packaging.

The delivery slip or proof of purchase must be included.
Return shipping costs

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal (change of mind): The return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Once you have notified the return, you must send the package to the following address:

If you reside outside Spain, you are responsible for international shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that the return may incur.
2. Deadline to Send the Return
After notifying us of your intention to return the product, you have another 14 calendar days to send the package.
Items returned without having previously requested the return will not be accepted.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products (Legal Warranty)
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at micaedsa@gmail.com with photos showing the issue.
We will cover the repair, replacement, or refund, as well as the shipping costs arising from this incident, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (legal warranty of 3 years for new products).
4. Exceptions (Items Not Eligible for Return Due to Change of Mind)
Returns for change of mind will not be accepted for the following products, unless they have a manufacturing defect:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

Personal care or hygiene products that have been unsealed (e.g., headphones, cosmetics, underwear, masks).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day we receive the return (or from when you provide proof of shipment, if earlier).
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at micaedsa@gmail.com.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, the fastest way is to return the item you have following this process and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
7. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all purchases made at LumaVibe, regardless of the destination country.
For customers located in the European Union, the 14‑calendar‑day right of withdrawal established by EU law is guaranteed, voluntarily extended to 15 days.
For customers outside the EU, the same 15‑day period applies, with the customer being responsible for return shipping costs and any customs formalities in the event of withdrawal.
