Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 days. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or remote locations.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LumaVibe is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges that may be applied to your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Customs policies differ widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.
We are required by law to declare the full value of the order on the customs form. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or declare a lower value.
If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, the shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the order, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist with filing a claim where possible.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our refund policy.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re‑shipping. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for the loss.
7. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
